Dive a one-way route through Thailand's Andaman Sea on this 5-day, 4-night liveaboard: the Similan Islands, the offshore pinnacles of Koh Bon and Koh Tachai, the Surin Islands and Richelieu Rock, with a final dive on the Khao Lak wrecks when conditions allow. You can log up to 14 dives, with up to four a day including a sunset or night dive, on a route that runs from October to May.

The rhythm of the days is simple: dive, eat, rest, dive again. In the Similans you wind between huge granite boulders on reefs that suit every level. Further offshore the water moves, and a dive can turn into a long glide along a ridge before easing into calm coral gardens. The Surin reefs feel slower and quieter, with turtles a regular sight and hardly another boat in view. Between dives the deck is the best seat on the trip: dolphins sometimes cruise alongside, and island stops give you a walk on beaches backed by forest and limestone cliffs.

Travel south from Khao Lak through the northern Andaman Sea and onward to Phuket on a six-day liveaboard route linking Surin Islands, Richelieu Rock, Koh Tachai, Koh Bon and the Similan Islands with the Southern Islands, including Koh Haa, Hin Muang and Hin Daeng. The partner publishes 22 planned dives, with the sequence subject to route and conditions.

Look for manta rays and whale sharks around offshore pinnacles, then search soft corals and reef slopes for trevallies, barracuda, seahorses, pipefish, pegasus and nudibranchs. Beach excursions and scheduled night dives add time above and below the water, from the Surin Islands to the Similan reefs.
