Begin your freediving journey with the AIDA 2 Star Freediver course in Phuket.

The AIDA 2 Star course is an internationally recognized beginner certification designed for anyone who wants to learn freediving safely and confidently. Through a combination of theory sessions, pool training, and open-water practice, students will develop the essential skills required to explore the underwater world on a single breath.

You will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, equalization methods, safety procedures, dynamic apnea, and open-water freediving skills under the supervision of experienced instructors.

To successfully complete the AIDA 2 Star course, students must demonstrate:

2 minutes static apnea
40 meters dynamic apnea with fins
16 meters depth in open water

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive your AIDA 2 Star certification, allowing you to freedive independently with a buddy to a depth of up to 16 meters.
