These fees help cover payment gateway charges, international transaction fees, sustain the management of our platform, expanding and nurturing the diving community, developing insights, building custom tools, and promoting your dives across multiple channels around the world.

Pre-Sale Scenario: You’ve paid a deposit on a yacht for next year. Dates aren’t locked in yet, but all the core details are confirmed.
You publish your listing, and Divers can sign up to be notified the moment those dates go live.

Post-Sale Scenario: Your trip sells out, but a few Divers are still within a free-cancellation window.
Meanwhile, our Divers join the waitlist.
If someone cancels and you update your listing status, everyone on your waitlist is automatically notified that a spot has opened.

Customers pay a standard Stripe transaction fee at checkout and nothing more. This keeps your listed prices clean and competitive.

We've built-in protocols to increase bookings, reduce cancellations and retain customers for you. This includes non-refundable deposits, pre and post-waitlists, and tiered cancellation timelines.

The best part? We manage it all. To help maintain your bookings, our divers are also entitled to independently nominate a suitable and equally qualified diver to take their place. Max capacity is the goal!

Perhaps you're offering a shore dive with zero overheads or a liveaboard with significant upfront outlay - we run a tight ship to ensure you're paid as quickly as possible via automated systems.

For standard bookings, you're paid as soon as the free cancellation period closes. Non-refundable deposits are paid to you on a fortnightly cycle. Last-minute bookings inside 30 days are also paid fortnightly.

Absolutely. Our platform works seamlessly on mobile too. Check new bookings, update availability, communicate with our team, and manage your calendar from wherever you are. On the boat, at the dive site, or during your morning coffee.

Aqua Man calls and books directly with you at the same time Aqua Girl books with us.

Aqua Girl already knows she’ll receive final confirmation within 24 hours, so she’s expecting a short wait.

You receive an email and dashboard notification from us with her booking.

With a heavy heart, you log into your Dashboard and decline Aqua Girl’s booking.

From here, we take over and help Aqua Girl with a reschedule or refund - whichever she prefers.

While we understand overbookings can be innocent and unavoidable, we also monitor these closely and cross-check availability to ensure our divers are supported and equally prioritised.
