Phase 1: Knowledge Development & Classroom Theory

• Day 1 (Morning) | Theory Modules 1–5 & Knowledge Reviews
  Meet your instructor at the dive center. Review manual chapters, complete knowledge review questions, discuss safety concepts, and take module quizzes and the final exam.

Phase 2: Confined Water Skill Training

• Day 1 (Afternoon) / Day 2 (Morning) | Pool Sessions
  Equipment orientation and fitting. Enter the pool to practice basic breathing, mask clearing, regulator recovery, emergency out-of-air drills, and hover buoyancy skills.

Phase 3: Open Water Dives & Evaluation

• Day 2 (Afternoon) | Open Water Dives 1 & 2
  Conduct your first ocean dives up to 12 meters (40 feet). Practice entry protocols, buoyancy control, and basic skill demonstrations underwater.

Suitable for non-certified divers ages 10 (with Parental Consent) and above. No prior diving experience necessary but must have at least basic swimming ability.

Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone that has a history of certain medical conditions (especially those affecting the respiratory, circulatory, or nervous systems—e.g., severe asthma, epilepsy, recent major surgery, or heart conditions)

A completed Medical Statement is required. If any "Yes" answers are marked, a physician's written clearance is mandatory.
