AIDA 3 Phuket Freediving Course

Advance your freediving skills with the AIDA 3 Star Freediver course in Phuket.

Designed for certified AIDA 2 Star freedivers (or equivalent), this advanced-level certification focuses on improving depth performance, refining technique, strengthening safety procedures, and developing rescue skills. Through a combination of theory sessions, pool training, and open-water practice, students gain a deeper understanding of freediving physiology, equalization, and efficient diving techniques.

The course includes multiple pool sessions and open-water training days at some of Phuket's best freediving locations, including Racha Yai Island. Upon successful completion, participants receive the internationally recognized AIDA 3 Star certification.

This course is ideal for freedivers who want to dive deeper, improve confidence in open water, and enhance their safety and buddying skills.

To successfully complete the AIDA 3 Star course, students must demonstrate:

• Static apnea: 2 minutes 45 seconds
• Dynamic apnea with fins: 55 meters
• Constant Weight dive to 24 meters

The course consists of three theory sessions, two pool sessions, and four open-water training dives focused on technique improvement, safety, rescue procedures, and depth adaptation.
