14 Nights Itinerary Highlights. (Approx 37 Dives)

Fuvahmulah Atoll: Tiger sharks, oceanic manta, and thresher sharks. Oceanic Island with incredible visibility.
Huvadhoo Atoll: Whale sharks at night, silver tips, grey reef sharks, and many, many more.
Addu Atoll: WWII wreck HMS British Loyalty, majestic manta cleaning stations, and tiger sharks.
Laamu Atoll: Beautiful fish-filled channels with great shark encounters. Only on the Male to Addu trips.
Thaa Atoll: Grey reef & white tip reef sharks plus the chance of Whale sharks at night
Meemu Atoll: Enchanting channels with pelagic action, sharks, Eagle rays, and beautiful soft coral. Manta cleaning station
Vaavu Atoll: A sunset/night dive at Alimatha, Vaavu atoll is a must to have a memorable experience with the resident nurse shark

Important

Cabins: With a yacht this big, you have options! Each equipped with air-conditioning, a private ensuite and complementary bath towels but be sure to contact us before booking to ensure you get the bed you want! Options include a lower deck Twin (as priced), middle deck Triple, Solo Cabins, Double Cabins or upper deck Deluxe Kings.

Freediving: Certified freedivers with buddies can utilise the buoys and ropes for line diving. No training or courses will be provided during the trip.

Scuba Diving: Suitable for AOW or equivalent. Max permitted depth in Maldives is 30m. All dives require a dive computer, SMB and reef hook.

Insurance: Mandatory.

As a first-timer diving in Maldives and diving on liveaboard, Horizon 3 definitely made it no-fuss and memorable. Everything from the diving to the rooms to the food were better than expected and definitely value for money.

Did about 18 dives in 6 days. Organization and dive schedules were on-point and efficient. Since most of the divers on board had rather than limited diving experience, the boat manager really catered to everyone's experience level while still ensuring a splendid underwater adventure. We saw whale sharks, white and black tip sharks, soooo many mantas and mobula rays, as well as nurse sharks. The most memorable day of diving was definitely the manta day, We did 4 dives including a night dive and saw mantas on every dive which was absolutely majestic.

Had a lower-deck twins room at the front of the boat. Room is nothing of luxury but definitely provide the necessary comfort for a good rest in between dives and at night. The shower is strong which makes it easy to wash my long hair after diving every day.

Most of the time in between dives, I find it relaxing to chill at the many public spaces provided on the cruise. The dining room had strong AC and good WIFI which is good for replying some email during the day. The sundeck at the top deck is great for a sunset nap and even spotted dolphins there a few times.

Food served on boat was beyond expectation as well. Each meal had a good variety of protein, carbs and veggies. From freshly caught seafood delicacies to authentic Maldives cuisines, the talented chefs really ensured that every palate was satisfied. The BBQ on island was a highlight as well.

Overall, couldn't ask for more for my first liveaboard experience. Will definitely come back and thinking about joining for the Deep Blue Itinerary with them next time.
