Imagine waking up each morning surrounded by turquoise water, stepping straight off the boat into some of the most breathtaking dive sites in the world. Over eight days, we’ll journey across five central Maldivian atolls, exploring deep pinnacles teeming with life, and vibrant shallow reefs glowing with colour. Expect close encounters with manta rays, whale sharks, nurse sharks, eagle rays, and countless tropical fish in warm, clear water.

This trip is perfect for both new and experienced freedivers - whether you’re just beginning your freediving journey or looking to take your depth and relaxation to the next level. You’ll have the chance to learn to freedive or refine your technique and equalisation, with guided depth sessions, coaching, and SSI certification courses run onboard by our instructor team.

Throughout the week, we’ll focus on developing your freediving skills - improving comfort at depth, refining technique, and building confidence on a single breath.

August is a great time to visit - the low season means fewer crowds, better manta activity, and consistent 15–20m visibility across most sites.

I have tried booking with other centers in sydney for a sunday training ( due to busy work schedule) .All centers made a big fuss about this and tried to raise the price. With hardship I have made myself available for saturday training, but one center cancelled right the day before and made me very disappointed. After many months, I approached Eunoia, Rosie made everything so easy, and scheduled the training on sunday. On the day, Matt trained us, he was excellent in skills, knowledge and experience. We started the day with big smile, and finished it with even bigger smile.
My tip: find a geniune team, not people with fake smiles that only want your money.

Rosie is an excellent instructor

I've been doing pool training with Eunoia for a few months now and I'm hooked. Rosie is an excellent instructor and the training is challenging, but loads of fun. I'm loving it and look forward to each session. Can't wait for some line training with her.

Komodo is the perfect destination

First time free diving and what an experience! Komodo is the perfect destination - clean, warm and streaming with wildlife. Had such an awesome time meeting the friendliest people and trying out a new hobby under the watchful eye and guidance of Rosie who was very knowledgeable, patient and reassuring. The food on the boat was varied, delicious and served with a smile from the wonderfully kind staff. Time of my life!
