Five days and four nights out of Labuan Bajo through Komodo National Park, with as much time on the islands as under the water. Day one stops at Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong. Day two climbs Padar, lands on Pink Beach, walks Komodo Island for dragons and finishes at Manta Point. Day three dives Siaba Besar, Mawan and Crystal Bay, day four Tatawa Besar, Siaba Kecil and Pengah, and the last morning visits Sebayur and Kanawa before the return. Plan on 12 dives plus a night dive.
Komodo is dry, brown hills above and colour below, and the contrast never wears off. You climb a ridge in the heat with dust on your sandals, and an hour later you are hanging over a reef so bright it looks lit from underneath. Some dives move fast, the reef rushing by while you hold your line; others drift so slowly you can watch a single fish guard its patch of coral. Evenings settle on deck with the sky going orange and the water turning dark and glassy around the boat.

Itinerary
Itinerary
Day 1: Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong.
- Transfer from the airport and board in Labuan Bajo.
- Climb Kelor Island for the view, stop at Manjarite, then anchor off Kalong Island to watch flying foxes leave the mangroves at sunset.
Day 2: Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo and Manta Point.
- Hike Padar for the view over its three bays, stop at Pink Beach, walk Komodo Island with a ranger to see Komodo dragons, and dive Manta Point.
Day 3: Siaba, Mawan and Crystal Bay.
- Dive Siaba Besar for turtles, Mawan for mantas, and Crystal Bay for a drift in the current.
Day 4: Tatawa, Siaba Kecil and Pengah.
- Dive the soft corals of Tatawa Besar, then Siaba Kecil and Pengah.
Day 5: Sebayur, Kanawa and return.
- A last dive at Sebayur, a stop at Kanawa Island, then back to Labuan Bajo and transfer to the airport.

Requirements
- Certification: Open Water Diver, or an equivalent from another agency, is required.
- Age: you must be 16 or older. Divers under 18 need parental consent.
- Recent experience: if you have not dived in the last 12 months, you must complete a refresher before the trip.
- Medical: you must complete a diver medical statement. Any "yes" answer requires a doctor's written clearance.
- Health: this trip is not suitable during pregnancy, or with a history of conditions affecting breathing, circulation or the nervous system, such as severe asthma, epilepsy, heart conditions or recent major surgery.
- Flights: flights to Labuan Bajo are not included.
