Five days and fifteen dives take you out of Labuan Bajo and through the central and northern waters of Komodo National Park. You begin with a check dive at Sebayur Kecil, then work through Pengah Kecil, Siaba, Mawan, Tatawa Kecil and Batu Bolong before finishing at Castle Rock, Crystal Rock and a last dive at a site the crew keeps for its own guests. On land you trek Rinca Island for Komodo dragons and climb Gili Lawa Darat for sunset.
Komodo is a place where the water sets the schedule. The channels move hard, so the crew reads the tide before anyone kits up, and a dive that is a calm drift over seagrass in the morning can become a current ride past pinnacles by afternoon. Days settle into a rhythm of briefing, dive, meal and rest. By the third morning you are reading the surface the way the guides do, and the evenings are quiet anchorages, shared stories and a sky with very little interference.

Itinerary
Day 1
Meet at Dermaga KP3 at 08:30 and sail. A check dive at Sebayur Kecil (5 to 18 m) settles your weighting and buoyancy on an easy sloping reef. Then Pengah Kecil, a lee-side island with walls, slopes and a plateau to 30 m, where eagle rays, juvenile white tip reef sharks, frogfish and nudibranchs are the draw. At sunset the boat sits off Kalong Island for the flying foxes, followed by a night dive at Wainilu.
Day 2
A morning trek on Rinca Island to look for Komodo dragons. Then three dives: a drift dive at Siaba Kecil along overhangs and steep reef, Siaba Besar for green turtles and seagrass macro (average depth 14 m), and Mawan, a drift site for mantas, sharks and turtles.
Day 3
Police Corner, with brain coral thought to be over 100 years old. A second dive at Mawan. Then Tatawa Kecil, which the crew times for slack tide, with its swim-through and schooling fish.
Day 4
Batu Bolong, a pinnacle dived from 2 to 30 m. Then Taka Makassar, a shallow drift (8 to 10 m) over manta cleaning stations. Third, Cauldron, a channel drift between the two Gili Lawa islands. The day ends with a sunset trek on Gili Lawa Darat and a quiet anchorage.
Day 5
Castle Rock, a strong-current pinnacle for advanced or experienced divers. Then Crystal Rock, a pinnacle to 22 to 23 m for advanced divers (18 m for Open Water divers). The 15th dive is at a site reserved for the operator's guests. The last dive finishes around 12:00 to 13:00 and you reach Labuan Bajo about 15:00 to 16:00.
