Freediver Beginner Course

Learn to dive deeper, stay longer, and feel completely at ease underwater – in just 3 days.

This Apnea Total Level 1 Freediver course in Koh Samui is designed for complete beginners and snorkelers who want to explore the ocean on a single breath. You’ll train in a small group (max 3 students per instructor) with a certified Apnea Total Level 2 Freediving Instructor, combining theory, breathing techniques, pool practice, and open water sessions.

By the end of the course, most students comfortably reach:

• 10–20 meters depth (depending on comfort and ability)
• 2–3 minute breath-holds
• A calm, confident feeling in the water

We focus on safety, relaxation, and enjoyment – not ego or pressure. You’ll learn proper equalization, finning technique, rescue skills, and how to use your breath to stay relaxed even in challenging situations.

This course follows the Apnea Total Freediver curriculum and includes all necessary equipment, safety supervision, and certification upon successful completion.
