We offer the Molchanovs Wave 2 Instructor Course for experienced freedivers aiming to advance their freediving to a professional teaching level. To enroll, candidates must have completed the Molchanovs Wave 3 course or possess an equivalent instructor certification from another recognized agency.

Throughout this course, you'll master the art of conducting engaging classroom sessions and effectively teaching both dry and in-water skills. This comprehensive training ensures you're well-prepared to educate and inspire the next generation of freedivers.
Throughout the program, you will learn to:

- Implement teaching frameworks and validate skills

Days 1–3: Fundamentals & Theory
- Morning: Entry exams and orientation. Introduction to the Molchanovs teaching philosophy and instructor ethics.
- Afternoon: Classroom presentations. Practice delivering theory on physics, physiology, and equalization (Frenzel/Mouthfill) using professional frameworks.
- Workshop:Dry skill teaching (e.g., teaching relaxation and breathing techniques to beginners).
Days 4–6: Pool & Confined Water Instruction
- Morning: Pool sessions focusing on demonstration-quality skills for Static (STA), Dynamic Bifins (DYNB), and Dynamic No Fins (DNF).
- Afternoon: Teaching assessments. You will take turns "acting" as the instructor, identifying and correcting common student mistakes in the water.
- Requirements:Validation of instructor-level STA (4:00 min) and DYN (100m) requirements.
Days 7–9: Open Water & Depth Safety
- Morning: Depth sessions at the Camiguin wall. Focus on setting up buoy systems and managing deep-water students safely.
- Afternoon: Rescue scenarios. Master instructor-level rescues, including the 25m rescue with 50m surface tow and 15m standby rescue.
- Requirements: Validation of CWTB (40m), FIM (40m), and CNF (30m) performance goals.
Day 10: Final Exams & Graduation
- Morning: Final written theory exam and review of business/marketing strategies.
- Afternoon: Final debrief, logbook signing, and certification ceremony.

- Molchanovs Instructor Toolkit: Access to the full suite of digital teaching manuals, student presentation materials, and the Base Training database.
- Skill Validation: Comprehensive evaluation and validation of all instructor-level performance requirements.
- Facility Access: Full use of the dive center’s facilities, including classroom areas, equipment rinse stations, and lockers.
- Teaching Frameworks: In-depth training in the FEDOF system (Framing, Explaining, Demonstrating, Organising, Feedback) for both pool and open water.
- Certification: Globally recognized Molchanovs W2I E-Certification upon successful completion of all exams and performance standards.
