08:30 AM – Arrival, Equipment Fitting & Safety Briefing

• Meet your instructor at the dive center in Bira, submit registration forms, and get fitted for your rental scuba gear.
• Receive a thorough safety briefing covering underwater breathing, regulator clearing, mask equalizing, and basic hand communication signals.

10:00 AM – Confined Water Practice Session

• Enter a calm, shallow water environment (pool or protected lagoon) to take your first breaths underwater.
• Practice basic skills with your instructor until you feel relaxed, comfortable, and ready for the open ocean.

11:30 AM – Open Water Reef Dive (Max Depth 12m / 40ft)

• Board the dive boat and head to one of Bira’s shallow, protected reef sites.
• Enjoy a guided ocean dive alongside your instructor, exploring vibrant coral formations, tropical fish, and macro marine life at a safe, comfortable depth.

01:00 PM – Lunch & Return to Marina

• Enjoy an included lunch during the boat ride back or at the dive center.
• Disassemble gear, review your underwater experience, and receive your digital recognition registration.

Suitable for non-certified divers ages 10 (with Parental Consent) and above. No prior diving experience necessary but must have at least basic swimming ability.

Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone that has a history of certain medical conditions (especially those affecting the respiratory, circulatory, or nervous systems—e.g., severe asthma, epilepsy, recent major surgery, or heart conditions)

A completed Medical Statement is required. If any "Yes" answers are marked, a physician's written clearance is mandatory.
