Anilao Discover Scuba Diving

The Philippines, located in the “Coral Triangle” is an archipelago of 7,107 islands, 2,000 of which are inhabited. On the northern shore of the Verde Island Passage is the 13km Calumpang Peninsula, better known under the general name Anilao, geographically consisting of the villages of Anilao, Balingit and Mabini.

Anilao is surrounded by gorgeous beaches, pristine reefs, and a very rich and diverse marine eco-system, with a great variety of small fish, and unexpected critters & nudibranchs turning up around every corner. If you love underwater photography, or if you simply love marine life, Anilao is a dream spot.

If you have no experience diving before, Discover Scuba Diving is a half-day course for people who have no certificates and want to try diving.

Classes are taught by skilled instructors suitable for any level of student. It starts in the classroom, then move into the pool which allows a safe environment to get used to the equipment and basic underwater communication skills. Then, students move on to the shallows where they work on fundamental basics, while getting their first taste of the world beneath the waves.
