Participation is simple: $0 DIVE DAY runs for 10 days and ends, May 10, 2026. Book any dive in Boracay during this period and on the 10th of May we’ll draw a day out randomly. If you booked and paid for a dive on that day, we’ll refund you the full amount back. That’s a 1 in 10 chance of a Free Dive!

Diving Period (Flexible): There is no deadline for the actual diving date. Whether you want to dive this summer, next Christmas, or three years from now, the offer still applies as long as the booking was made during the promotion. 

Booking Period (Strict): Customers must purchase between now and May 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM (GMT+8). 

Eligibility 

• Announcements: Customers must follow this DiveBookingscom Instagram account; all related promotional announcements will be made here. 

• Payment: bookings must be paid in full prior to the draw. 

• Registration: to enter the draw, customers must opt-in via the Promotion Registration Form provided at time of booking. 

• Data Accuracy: a valid Name, Booking ID, and Email Address is required to win. 

Winning and Refund Terms 

• The $0 day will be announced on the 11th of May via our Instagram Page. People who booked on the day randomly chosen and supplied their Registration Form will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount. 

• Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the draw date; processing times may vary depending on the customer's payment provider. 

Exclusion of Additional Expenses 

Dive Bookings will refund the total cost of the diving activity alone for winning entries. Dive Bookings is not responsible for, and shall not reimburse, any other costs incurred by the customer/s, including but not limited to: airfares, ground transportation, food and beverages, lodging/accommodation, equipment rentals not included in the booking package, or travel insurance. 

General Conditions 

• Cancellations: If a Participant cancels their booking prior to the Draw, their entry is void. 

• Governing Law: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dive Bookings is registered.
