Day 1: Theory & The Pool

• Morning: Advanced physics and physiology session. Dive deep into Dalton’s and Henry’s Laws and how they relate to the human body at 30 meters.
• Afternoon: Confined Water Session 1. Focus on "No-Fins" (DNF) technique and refining your horizontal swimming efficiency.

Day 2: Mastering the Descent

• Morning: Equalization clinic. Move beyond basic Frenzel and learn advanced drills to keep your ears clear at depth.
• Afternoon: Open Water Session 1. Introduction to the "Freefall"—the point where you become negatively buoyant and glide effortlessly into the deep.

Day 3: Power & Precision

• Morning: Monofin technique introduction. Learn the "dolphin kick," the most powerful movement in the ocean.
• Afternoon: Confined Water Session 2. Static Apnea training (target: 2:30 minutes) and Dynamic Bifins (target: 50 meters).

Day 4: Deep Water Mastery

• Morning: Open Water Session 2. Applying your freefall and equalization skills to reach depths between 24 and 30 meters.
• Afternoon: Advanced rescue workshop. Practice deep-water safety and surfacing an unresponsive diver from 15 meters.

Day 5: Graduation & Exploration

• Morning: Final Open Water Session 3. Final performance requirements (CWTB, FIM, and CNF dives) and a celebratory fun dive at a volcanic reef.
• Afternoon: Final exam, logbook review, and certification ceremony.

You must be at least 16 years old (with parental consent) or 18 years old and a certified Molchanovs Wave 1 / Lap 1 freediver (or hold an equivalent crossover certification from AIDA, SSI, or PADI). Students should be comfortable diving to at least 12–15 meters and swim 200 meters unassisted and non-stop prior to starting the course.
