Mexico Sardine Run Freediving Trip

I recently did some pool training sessions with Freediving Central! The instructors were very helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. They created a really supportive and safe environment, which made learning and practicing so much easier. It was a group session and they made sure everyone, regardless of experiences, felt comfortable and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend this
to anyone interested in freediving :)

Freediving Central training pool sessions are awesome! We started with some breathing exercises and then moved into the pool work. It was challenging enough to really test your skills and make the training feel totally worth it. The session was well prepared, and Dan was amazing!

I went on a seal dive in Narooma NSW, the trip was for 2 days and we got to snorkel at mystery bay, drift dive, and swim with the seals at Montague island. We also meet up for dinner and coffee. It was such an amazing experience Tom and Brie are such nice people. I would definitely recommend doing a trip with and will 100% be doing it again!

I recently completed my Level 1 Freedive course with Central Freedive, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Day 1 with Moon was incredible! his depth of knowledge and real-world experience came through in every part of the class and pool session. He explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and created an environment where we all felt safe, supported, and completely comfortable trying new skills for the first time. His calm and encouraging teaching style really set the tone for the whole course.
Day 2 with Max and Tom was just as impressive. Both instructors were highly experienced and always right there to guide us, offering valuable tips and personalized feedback throughout the entire session. Their focus on safety, technique, and making sure we progressed at our own pace made a huge difference in our confidence and abilities.
A special shout-out to Bree, the operations manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly, especially after the original Day 2 had to be rescheduled. She handled the situation effortlessly and kept us updated, making the whole process stress-free.
Overall, Central Freedive delivered a professional, supportive, and truly memorable experience. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of starting their freediving journey!
