Zero To Hero Freediving Instructor Program
90 Days • Monthly
Ready to completely change your life and become a professional freediving instructor? This program is for you, whether you have experience or not! In three months, we will take you from being a complete beginner to a competent freediver and then onto being a certified professional instructor. A lifetime of underwater adventuring starts here.
This intensive training and education process is tailored to your individual progression, needs and goals. Any freediving-seeking adventurer is welcome to join. At the end of the program and course you will achieve a 4min breath hold, swim 90m (295ft) in dynamic apnea and perform comfortable dives beyond 40m (131ft) depth.
Diving Costa Rica, you'll greet tropical fish, Spinner Dolphins, Rays and Reef Sharks all year with seasonal Whale species such as Orcas, Short-finned Pilots and Humpbacks! Tamarindo is also a mecca for surfers and blue water Sport Fishermen with some of the best spearfishing in the world due to its deep, clear, thriving conditions. You'll have access to daily boat trips exploring the best dive sites with unlimited fun dives and reef spearfishing in perfectly tropical waters of above 20°C (68°F) all year long. You'll enjoy wonderful wildlife, spectacular beaches, volcanoes, rainforests, lagoons and so much more including a short boat ride to Catalina Islands. If that's not enough, want to come and meet our sloths, toucans, monkeys and macaws?
The experienced Costa Rica crew are wildly passionate and professional. Throughout, you'll have full access to a multimedia classroom, dedicated swimming pool and a buzzing community of Freedivers to learn and train with. Start your journey diving Costa Rica!
