PADI Beginner Freediving Course
PADI Beginner Freediving Course
2 Days • Weekly
The Padi freediver course will give you the first freedive license. There is eLearning to prepare before starting the training. Your first day will be practicing breathing techniques and skills on land, followed by training in shallow water in the bay. The second day you will join the boat to practice depth and fin kicks techniques. Once you finish the course you will be able to freedive to 10 m minimum and hold your breath for 2 minutes or longer.
You’ll gain insights into freediving equipment, safety protocols, specialized breathing methods, and the physics and physiology of freediving. By the end of the course, you’ll be amazed at your progress, achieving a breath-hold of up to 2 minutes with ease. The second day involves practicing skills in open water, allowing you to reach depths ranging from 10 to 16 meters.
