Master Freediving Program

This 4-week Master Freediving Program will equip you with the tools and techniques for superior diving.  Whether you want to prepare for your Instructor course or simply want to refine your skills, this 4-week internship is for you. Our intensive training programs are tailored to your individual progression, needs and goals. Any Freediver who has reached the level of an Advanced Freediver is welcome to join this program.

Take your pick—AIDA, Molchanovs, or PADI Master Course—and dive into the ultimate freediving experience! Enjoy unlimited fun dives, try your hand at reef spearfishing on our boat trips, and soak up the perfectly warm, tropical waters that stay +20°C all year round. At the end of the program and course you will achieve a 3:30 minute breath hold, swim 70m (230ft) in dynamic apnea and perform comfortable dives beyond 32m (105ft) depth.

Diving Costa Rica, you'll greet tropical fish, spinner dolphins, rays and reef sharks all year with seasonal whale species such as orcas, short-finned pilot and humpbacks! Tamarindo is also a mecca for surfers and blue water Sport Fishermen due to its deep, clear, thriving conditions. You'll enjoy wonderful wildlife, spectacular beaches, volcanoes, rainforests, lagoons and so much more including a short boat ride to Catalina Islands. If that's not enough, want to come and meet our sloths, toucans, monkeys and macaws?

Our team of experienced Instructors teach Freediving from beginner to expert levels with the utmost professionalism and passion. You will have full access to our multimedia classroom, dedicated swimming pool and a buzzing community of Freedivers to learn and train with. Not to mention our boat to take you to our favorite dive sites.
