Dreaming of a catamaran day trip in Martinique? Enjoy an unforgettable sea excursion! Our catamaran trips depart from Grande Anse d'Arlet. You'll have a unique opportunity to discover the underwater environment, the fish of the coral reefs, and our friends the turtles. Come experience an exceptional adventure in a small group and take advantage of this getaway to share magical and unforgettable moments!
Enjoy a day at sea aboard in a small group, combining scuba diving for certified divers, snorkeling, turtle watching, paddleboarding, access to the catamaran's play area, and relaxation in the most beautiful coves of southwest Martinique.
On the seagrass meadows off the village of Anses d'Arlet, our BBQ and afternoon spot, 95% of our clients spot at least one turtle during our catamaran excursions, mainly green turtles. The seagrass on the seabed is very nutritious for them. We will be happy to explain their nesting behavior, their diets, and the distinction between green and hawksbill turtles. To observe them, it's best to keep a distance of at least 5 meters and avoid surrounding the turtle if there are several of you. You might be lucky enough to see a turtle surface to breathe nearby!
Our warm, clear waters are home to a unique ecosystem: coral reefs. Coral reefs are both animal and based. Shallow, they require clear, translucent waters with a warm temperature that facilitates coral calcification. These reefs attract a wide variety of herbivorous fish, such as surgeonfish, damselfish (sergeant majors), boxfish with their triangular shape, and parrotfish, true gardeners of the sea. As for angelfish, they are usually seen in pairs, as if in love, because this fish is very faithful to its pair.
