AIDA Master Course
AIDA Master Course
4 Days • Weekly
The AIDA Master Course is for freedivers who’ve already got the basics nailed and are now chasing that next-level stuff — sharper skills, deeper dives, and total mental, physical, and physiological badassery. Whether you’re dreaming of becoming an AIDA Instructor or just want to master your craft, this is your gateway to the pro league.
And what better place to do it than the Seychelles? Yep, tropical paradise meets focused freedive training. Picture this: crystal-clear water, tropical fish flitting around, and you — in the zone — dialling in your technique alongside expert Instructors and a small crew of fellow ocean lovers.
This isn’t a “sip-a-coconut-on-the-beach” kind of course (although… this is inevitable to happen post-dive). The AIDA 4 Course is a complete immersion: advanced theory, deep dives up to 38m, dynamic and static training, breathing mastery, and freediving safety that’ll make you feel cool, calm, and capable in even the deepest blues. You’ll train in Constant Weight (CWT) and Free Immersion (FIM), finesse your equalisation, and level up your underwater confidence like never before.
Based at our Beau Vallon HQ (aka one of the most stunning beaches in the Seychelles), you’ll spend your days blending classroom sessions, pool drills, and boat-accessed deep dives — all under the expert eye of a qualified AIDA Instructor.
So if you’re ready to test your limits, build unshakable confidence, and treat the ocean like your personal dojo, the AIDA 4 Course in Seychelles is calling. Dive in – the water’s literally perfect.
