The SSI Level 1 Freediving Course at Eunoia Freediving is a two‑day program designed for complete beginners, snorkelers, surfers, and scuba divers who want to explore freediving fundamentals. Suitable for non-certified freedivers ages 16 (with Parental Consent) and above. No prior diving experience necessary but must be able to swim 200 meters unassisted and non-stop in open water setting.

Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone that has a history of certain medical conditions (especially those affecting the respiratory, circulatory, or nervous systems—e.g., severe asthma, epilepsy, recent major surgery, or heart conditions)

A completed Medical Statement is required. If any "Yes" answers are marked, a physician's written clearance is mandatory.
