Molchanovs Wave 3 Master Freediving Course

Days 1–2: Theory, FRC, and Pool Mastery

• Morning: Theory sessions on advanced physics (Dalton’s and Henry’s Laws) and the physiology of the "Blood Shift" and "Mammalian Dive Reflex" at depth.
• Afternoon: Pool sessions focusing on Static Apnea (target: 3:30 min) and refining the DNF (target: 50m) and DYNB (target: 75m) techniques.
• Workshop: Introduction to "Mouthfill" mechanics using balloons and dry drills.

Days 3–4: Deep Equalization & The Mouthfill

• Morning: Transition to Open Water. Practicing FRC (passive exhale) dives to 8–10 meters to simulate the pressure of 30+ meters and practice the Mouthfill.
• Afternoon: Depth sessions (CWTB/FIM) focusing on the "Freefall" and maintaining a relaxed Mouthfill through the "failure point" of standard Frenzel.

Days 5–6: Performance & Safety Scenarios

• Morning: Deep-water attempts toward the 34–40 meter graduation requirements. Focus on streamlined positioning and mental "deconcentration."
• Afternoon: Master-level safety drills. Practice deep retrieval of an incapacitated freediver from 30 meters and rescue/towing from 20 meters.
• Leadership: Assisting the instructor in setting up the buoy and managing a dive line.

Day 7: Final Exams & Graduation

• Morning: Final performance requirements and a commemorative "Master’s Dive" at one of Camiguin’s iconic underwater landmarks.
• Afternoon: Final written exam, review of training plans, and certification celebration.

Must be a 18 years old and certified Molchanovs Wave 2 / Lap 2 (or equivalent crossover from AIDA 3, SSI Level 2, or PADI Advanced). A valid First Aid & CPR certificate (completed within the last 24 months) is also mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable diving to 24–30 meters and have a solid foundation in Frenzel equalization.
