Open Water Scuba Diving Course in Moalboal

• Instruction: Professional guidance and tuition from a highly-trained PADI Instructor.
• Diving Gear: Full rental of scuba equipment tailored to your size (wetsuit, BCD, regulator, mask, fins, snorkel, and tanks).
• Materials & Certification: All PADI training materials, logbook, and processing fees for your digital certification card.
• Boat/Shore Access: Logistics and transport to local Moalboal dive spots for your open water training dives.

Day 1: Theory & Confined Water Skills

• Morning: Orientation and academic review (e.g., e-Learning check, dive physics, and equipment setup theory).
• Afternoon: Confined water training. Dive into shallow, pool-like conditions to practice crucial safety skills, mask clearing, regulator recovery, and buoyancy control.

Day 2: First Open Water Dives

• Morning: Review of the previous day's skills.
• Afternoon: Open Water Dives 1 and 2. Dive into the ocean up to a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet) to apply learned skills in a real-world environment while touring Moalboal's marine life.

Day 3: Final Dives & Certification

• Morning: Open Water Dives 3 and 4. Complete final skill assessments and dive deeper (up to 18 meters for adults).
• Afternoon: Final paperwork logbook filling, and celebration of your official PADI certification!

Suitable for non-certified divers ages 14 and above. No prior diving experience necessary but must have at least basic swimming ability.

Students should be comfortable in water too deep to stand in (PADI standards require a 200m continuous swim or 300m snorkel, and a 10-minute survival float).

Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone that has a history of certain medical conditions (especially those affecting the respiratory, circulatory, or nervous systems—e.g., severe asthma, epilepsy, recent major surgery, or heart conditions)
