• 08:00 AM – Arrival & Check-in: Meet at Club Kontiki. Quick verification of certifications, completion of liability waivers, and gear fitting/setup.

• 08:20 AM – Pre-Dive Briefing: A short briefing covering safety protocols, buddy rotation systems, depth line allocation, and current water conditions.

• 08:30 AM – Water Entry & Warm-ups: Head out to the dive lines. Begin with relaxation breathing and optional warm-up hangs/stretching.

• 08:45 AM – Fun Dive Session (Depth Line Practice): Alternating dives on the depth line with your designated buddy group. Enjoy recreational diving, skill maintenance, or underwater photography under safety supervision.

• 10:15 AM – Session Wrap-up & Water Exit: Begin heading back to shore.

• 10:30 AM – Debrief & Social: Wash down gear, log your dives, and enjoy a relaxed chat with the local freediving community.

Suitable for divers with Frediving Level 1 certification (or equivalent) age 18 years old or older.

Not suitable for pregnant women or anyone that has a history of certain medical conditions (especially those affecting the respiratory, circulatory, or nervous systems—e.g., severe asthma, epilepsy, recent major surgery, or heart conditions)/

For safety reasons, you must strictly adhere to the "buddy system" and safety protocols outlined during the briefing.

Not Included:
All necessary freediving equipment available (mask, snorkel, fins, weight belt, weights).
