Dive up to 40 meters deep, on a single breath of air.
Learn high level skills & try to discover your limits. Train at the foot of the world famous cliffs of Uluwatu, from our traditional Balinese fishing boat. Freediving theory taught on our rooftop classroom, with panoramic views of the ocean
Most students are able to hold their breath for 3-5 minutes by the end of this course. Train advanced breath-hold skills and advanced diving technique in our giant, 2 meter deep pool. The most common limiting factor of diving deeper & deeper isn’t usually breath hold. It’s equalizing your ears in deep water. And it’s the main focus of this course.

- Lung packing and stretching
- FRC dives where you begin diving with your lungs half-full of air
- Advanced static breath hold techniques
- Open water technique mastery on your way to reaching up to 40m deep.
- Breath hold of 3-5 minutes
- Advanced safety and rescue techniques
