Each day will kick-off with yoga and breathwork, followed by a freediving session Amed's famous Jemeluk Bay. We will explore shipwrecks, experience ice baths and saunas, we will have specialized freediving workshops and eat loads of amazing Indonesian dishes. Our skilled and experienced instructors will help you improve technique, develop relaxation strategies and ultimately, become a more proficient freediver. We will tailor the sessions to each individual, to meet your experience level. You're welcome to opt in and out of any activities you please. Don't worry, we'll send you the full itinerary upon booking.

Amed is a stunning reef-lined coastal town of vibrant colours and scenery. You'll find plenty of affordable accommodation and an abundance of delicious eats, adventures, fellow travellers, and cocktail sunset hotspots. This trip is open to everyone, whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned freediver, we will be running Level 1, 2 and 3 freediving courses during the trip, so you will be able to get yourself a fancy new freediving certification while you're here. Accommodation, flights, meals and travel insurance are not included.

Life happens so we keep cancellations simple. Enjoy free cancellation for 14 days from the time of booking or find an equally qualified suitable replacement up to 30 days prior to diving.
