You must be at least 10 years old to enrol in the SDI Advanced Adventure Diver course. (Age 10–14 earns Junior Advanced Adventure, automatically upgraded at 15.)

You must hold an SDI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent from another recognised training agency). You need to complete a Medical Form to make sure you are safe for diving, please review it prior to your course
