Introduction to Freediving in Amed
1 Days • Daily
Dive with Amed Dive Explorer
We’ve noticed that when training along a rope, students are less comfortable on the day they no longer have that rope, which is why we prefer other techniques to develop their abilities. We are against competition, we prefer to develop the recreational side of freediving and we train where there are lots of corals and lots of fish to observe.
This unique, 1-day program rejects rigid competitive training and rope-only disciplines. Instead, it focuses on developing the purely recreational side of freediving. By prioritizing natural movement and dynamic water comfort over standard depth lines, you will learn essential breathing and relaxation techniques before diving directly over reef habitats filled with thriving marine life.
