Advance your professional freediving career with the Molchanov Wave 3 Instructor Course. This program enhances your teaching capabilities, enabling you to certify advanced freedivers at the Lap 3/Wave 3 level. You will need to be a certified Lap/Wave 2 Instructor as well as complete the necessary upgrade qualifications.
At Camiguin Freediving, our Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor Course is designed to elevate your teaching capabilities, enabling you to certify advanced freedivers at the Lap 3/Wave 3 level.
Over an intensive three-day program, you'll work closely with our experienced instructor, Robert Garcia, who brings a wealth of knowledge from his extensive background in freediving instruction and deep diving.
Throughout the course, you'll acquire the expertise to confidently teach advanced techniques such as mouthfill equalization, Functional Residual Capacity (FRC) diving, and mental preparation strategies.

- Elite Professional Mentorship: 10 days of training under a Molchanovs Instructor Trainer, focusing on technical precision and leadership.

Itinerario
- Days 1–3: Theory & Advanced Mechanics: Orientation and entry exams. Workshops focus on teaching advanced physics and the "Mouthfill" equalization mechanics to students.
- Days 4–6: Pool Leadership & Stamina: Validation of instructor-level pool requirements (STA 5:00, DYNB 100m, DNF 75m). Practice conducting pool sessions and providing corrective feedback for Wave 3 skills.
- Days 7–9: Deep Water Management: Leading deep-water sessions wall. Mastery of Mouthfill dives to 50m and executing deep-water rescues from 20m with a 50m surface tow.
- Day 10: Final Assessments: Completion of the final written instructor exam, business of freediving workshop, and graduation ceremony.

The candidate must also have a proven experience in teaching and a high level of comfort with deep-water performance requirements. A physician-signed medical statement specifically cleared for professional freediving is mandatory.
